Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. 

For Returns please email info@winedecanterofficial.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return make sure that:

  • The product was received within the last 30 days
  • Good is in good working condition. We cannot refund destroyed items
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from winedecanterofficial.com
  • We will ask you to provide a picture of the goods you wish to return

We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party resellers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for returns.

 

Refund

If you have been approved for a return you will receive a return address to ship your item to. This will in most cases be our main warehouse in China.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damaged Items

Accidents happen, if you received a damaged product please notify us immediately. Images must be provided of the item arriving damaged.
